Sioux Lookout Centennial Centre

When the pre-existing two storey hotel facility was damaged by fire, the opportunity to transform this prime downtown location for community use arose. The Sioux Lookout Centennial Centre features a four level building totaling approximately 21,271 square feet in gross floor area. The project included the installation of a new elevator with centralized access to all floors, new interior and exterior finishes, new mechanical and electrical systems, as well as barrier-free public washrooms.

The facility features multiple commercial suites with unique street and town views. The spaces are utilized for community use, youth programming, and offices. The programming also includes a fully-equipped recording studio for youth and arts programming, as well as live performances.
